When the Schmitt Family came to us last year they went on an amazing Circle Island Jeep Tour. This year however they wanted to share their experience with friends. So, when discussing their tour with us they wanted to do something special where they could all experience not only the sights and sounds of Hawaii, but also the local tastes.
With that, we laid out an island custom tour that included some of the most breathtaking sights, beaches and ridgelines of Hawaii, but also a Food Tour where the group could experience Hawaiian and local cuisine. Even on the fly during the day of our tour we made changes and requests so that everyone was happy in the group.
Between all the great sightseeing of Hawaii's beaches, lava flows, cliff and ridgelines we made sure to get to the authentic Hawaiian Food very few Travelers and guests get to try. Many assume when they go to a LUAU they are getting traditional Hawaiian cuisine...That is simple NOT TRUE...To ensure our guests got real Hawaiian Food we made our way to WAIAHOLE POI FACTORY!
ON THE FLY we decided to hit up some Distilleries as several in the group wanted to have a taste of local liquors like Hawaiian Whisky and Rum! The Owner of Hawaii Jeep & Specialty Tours, Wayde, is friends with the Owners of several of the Hawaii Distilleries on Oahu and so getting the Royal treatment while tasting the liquors of Hawaii is ALWAYS A GIVEN! Wayde and his crew go above and beyond to met the needs of the returning Ohana and guests who go with Hawaii Jeep & Specialty Tours!
